Public extract of the standard that governs every instrument we build. Read it before you trust it.

Axioms

Determinism over inference. Same input, same output, bit for bit. Nothing we ship contains a model that interprets you.
Local over cloud. Your cognitive record never leaves your device by default. Architecture is the privacy policy. Everything else is a promise.
Append-only truth. Every state transition is hash-chained. A record you can rewrite is an opinion.

Seven non-negotiable gates. A single failure makes an artifact operationally nonexistent.

Absolute determinism. Every operation is a pure function of inputs, MATH_CORE_φ, and Fibonacci constants. No RNG, no probabilistic decisions, no hidden state.
PCS gate ≥ 0.990. Every artifact is measured. No measurement means no merge and no deploy.
S11 language standard. One controlled vocabulary. No clinical terminology, no hype, no persuasive coercion dressed as science.
MATH_CORE_φ as law. Every timing, spacing, and ratio derives from φ or the Fibonacci sequence. Magic numbers are a failure mode.
IP boundary enforcement. RULE-DOM-001 keeps open core, behavioral engine, and archive strictly separated. Cross-boundary imports are a world halt.
Zero tolerance for ambiguity. No TODOs, no placeholders, no "maybe." An ambiguous artifact does not exist.
Immutable event log. Every change is append-only, signed with S11.COMMIT.ID, prevHash, and artifact path. No log entry means no change.

All constants are derived from the golden ratio φ. No empirical tuning, no designer guesses.

KANON is versioned, signed, and ratcheted. Newer + more precise wins in conflict. Older versions remain readable in the archive.
